- All sellers must honor successfully closed auctions
- All bidders must follow through with payment in timely manner
- The BuyMyPhone.com will randomly verify emails, address's, and IP's. If
any are found to be invalid your account will be deleted
- Bidding on your own items (shill bidding) is prohibited
- Please leave only 1 feedback per auction
- The BuyMyPhone.com Auction is not responsible for transactions made through
this auction.
- We will make every attempt possible to help when auctions go bad, but cannot
interfere with proceedings.
- The BuyMyPhone.com Auction offers this auction on a as is basis. We cannot
be held liable for any outages, program errors, or the likes.
- Users are encouraged to leave feedback for each transaction wheather it
be good or bad. Anyone with more than 2 negative feedbacks will be deleted
from system, and not allowed to buy or sell on this auction.
